Pricing & Insurance

Here's how our practice works for pricing and insurance: First, there's no membership fees! Our time based model is based a charge of $50 per 5 Minutes. This applies to the following services:

1. Office Visits*

2. Telemedicine*

*Please note a $15 face-to-face fee will be added for these select services*

3. Phone Calls

4.Emails/Patient Portal

5. Administrative Paperwork

House Calls are similar with a few added service fees:

​

House Call Fee + Time-Based + Distance Fee

For Example:

$100 + $600/Hr

At DocTalker our pricing is affordable and transparent. We use time-based billing, just like many other professional services. We bill in increments of 5 minutes of time.

 

We are not a traditional concierge practice and therefore do not charge a large up front fee to become a member of our practice. Simply pay for the time you use.

We are an out-of-network provider for most insurances. Insurance invoices for your visits with us can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, we are Medicare Opt-Out Providers.

Although we do not accept insurance as a method of payment, we are more than happy to help you navigate the insurance reimbursement process. Insurance invoices can be provided with codes that can in turn be submitted, allowing some services to be managed this way.
