Here at DocTalker Family Medicine we’re always accepting new patients — whether you’re looking for a Direct Primary Care membership for the whole family or need to be seen for something specific. Here’s exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises.

How to Become a Patient

1. Register online or call us. Register on our Patient Portal or call us at (703) 938-4600 — either way, our team will get you started.
2. Fill out your forms ahead of time. We’ll send new patient forms in advance so you can complete them before your visit. Have a list of your current medications ready, along with any previous medical records you’d like us to have.
3. Pay the one-time registration fee. A one-time $110 registration fee applies per patient. If your whole family is registering together, call us at (703) 938-4600 — we may be able to reduce the fee for family registrations. A payment method on file is required to complete registration.
4. Choose your membership and come in. Membership is billed monthly with no long-term contract, starting at $35/month for children and young adults on a parent’s membership up to $125/month for adults 50+. See full pricing →
