I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bansal and with each interaction received prompt response and had my questions answered. I had some issues arise and Dr. Bansal was quick to respond and together we decisively and collaboratively worked together to create a goal and effective plan of care. Dr. Bansal has excellent communication skills, and it's easy and quick to get an appointment with him. He's excellent at responding to texts or emails, and it's a breath of fresh air to the service you get in the typical American healthcare model.  The convenience, time-saving and quality of care makes me want to never go back. 1 year apart. Same place. Same shirt. I’ve been working with Dr. Bansal for several years now and when I say he truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them, I’m not lying. He listens to you and goes over the top to assist in any way possible. As someone who had the RNY procedure and gained all my weight back, he has found a way to help me get the weight off again! If you're looking for a doctor that has excellent bedside manner....You've found it!  I have been a patient of his for the last 4-5 years and he has always provided an open and welcoming space to discuss issues.  Dr. Bansal is the type of provider that will walk you through the reasonings behind the treatment he is recommending.  I've always appreciated when a doctor can explain what's happening to you and also why the treatment they recommend is the best course of action.  He has taken his time to answer all the questions that I had.. even the ones I felt were dumb..LOL.  I don't feel rushed when speaking with him. There are doctors and doctors . Dr. Bansul is a doooooctor. I cut my finger trying to be Mcguyver and he was able to see me almost instantaneously. He has great bedside manner and didn’t scold me for being  an idiot but addressed my wound, prescribed medication. To help it heal and stitched me up. I was wanting to establish a genuine rapport with a doctor, and after many hours of research- decided to try TrustMDPC. I read the reviews, signed up, and got an appointment. Dr. Arun Bansal is great! Dr. Bansal is personable, passionate about helping underserved groups of people (LGBTQ+ for example), and I felt as if I was truly listened to. I’ve been a patient for Dr. Bansal for over four years now and I must say He’s a great doctor! He’s very personable, professional and has always treated me with respect. I have seen several doctors throughout the dmv and honestly, the level of care doesn’t compare. Whenever I needed a last minute appointment, he has always tried his best to squeeze me in and made sure even the slightest concern was addressed!
